All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

By completing a purchase, you agree that you have reviewed your order details, including product, size, color, quantity, shipping address, and total cost before checkout.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
  • Delayed shipping caused by the carrier
  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, or altered
  • Limited edition, custom, made-to-order, or print-on-demand products

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will only review refund or replacement requests if your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect
  • Missing an item

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • Your full name

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued if we determine that the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or unavailable due to an error on our end.

If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Replacement Policy

In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacements are only provided for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

We do not replace items due to customer sizing mistakes, accidental purchases, or incorrect addresses.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues after the package has been marked delivered.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed and sent into processing, production, or fulfillment.

Because many of our products may be limited edition, custom, or made-to-order, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us first before filing a payment dispute. We are happy to review any issue related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions or future order cancellation.
